Customized Reports

We understand that every lender has different procedures for processing loans and therefore has different requirements. One standard form or reporting system does not fit every lender or every circumstance. Leeway will customize its forms and procedures to fit your needs. Our forms are designed to be easy to read and understand as well as provide the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Initially, our staff will work closely with you to make sure you are receiving the information you need. If we do not have a form that meets your needs we will customize and even create a new form to use for your projects.

Although we value improving our productivity through technology, we refuse to force you to use a preset system that may not meet your requirements. Most residential reports contains approximate percentage completion based on our experience. Exceptions include modular homes, package homes, log homes, remodels and other projects where using a cost breakdown for percentage completion would be better.
