How to Begin

Fill out the Bank Information Form with basic contact and billing information. (One time only.)

Prior to the first request of each property, fax or email the appropriate information to ensure a proper inspection set-up. (See Checklist for Work in Progress Inspections included on this site.) You may fax or email this information with the first request.

When requesting each additional inspection on a property, please email or fax loan number, borrower, contractor, draw #, property address and any important information such as, entry codes or key location. (You may Order An Inspection or use a customized fax transmittal form.)
