Line Item Report

Leeway uses a detailed line item report to give you a clear view of progress. This form is a cumulative report so you will see the dates each line was last updated. The inspector may add information in the comment area at the bottom.

This report calculates the approximate overall percentage complete. This percentage is based upon our own system and not taken from actual cost. This form can be used by itself or in conjuction with the cost breakdown report. The cost breakdown will calculate the percentage of completion based on the hard costs supplied by the borrower or contractor.
