Checklist for Work-in Progress Inspections

To ensure a proper inspection set-up, please email or fax the following information prior to or with the first inspection of each property. Please note that we can not inspect without some items on the list. The more information we have available, the easier it is for us to give an accurate assessment.

• Description of materials
• Cost breakdown (on commercials we need a current request every time we receive a request)
• Plans (optional; Necessary for offsites, if available)
• Page 1 of Appraisal
• Other pertinent information from appraisal
• Which Draw schedule being used (send if not on file)
• Building sketch from appraisal
• Appraiser’s map noting property location
• Previous inspections (at least most recent)
• Inspection Type (draw, line item, progressive, request)
