As Chief Inspector for Sacramento Savings, Dennis Lee oversaw the largest “work-in progress” inspection department in the Sacramento area with over a thousand construction loans in progress at any one time. When mergers eliminated the department, Dennis realized that Sacramento needed a lender-friendly inspection company. In 1995 Dennis started Leeway Inspections providing to its lenders the best price, best service and best product with regional coverage and a full time office staff.

When Dennis decided to grow his business into a full scale regional operation, he called on his long-time friend, Rick Pierce. A marketing graduate from CSUS, Rick brings over 12 years of marketing and management experience and 5 years inspections experience. Rick knows that a business grows when its clients are satisfied. Rick is committed to building and maintaining positive working relationships with the lending community and is dedicated to making sure the needs of the lender comes first.

On September 1, 2000, Dick Hagg joined Leeway with 30 years of management experience and runs the overall management of Leeway Inspection Company, Inc..
